SUBMISSION OR POETRY MANUSCRIPTS

Unlike almost every other poetry book publisher, Rockingham Press does not receive revenue funding. We have to apply on an ad hoc basis for each and every book (though even that is difficult) and we have a backlog of poets we have made promises to. So until we find favour with the powers that be, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING OR CONSIDERING NEW POETRY SUBMISSIONS. If you send them to us they will only be returned (perhaps after some delay). Sorry about that but that is the way of the (poetry) world. Do try one of the other poetry presses which bask in the favour of Arts Council England.
